Step-by-Step Process

Create a Verified Account

All users must have a verified account to use Kyytiin. This ensures safety and builds trust in our community. Verification includes email confirmation and identity verification.

Safety First: Verification helps us maintain a secure platform where everyone can trust each other.

Create or Find a Trip

As a Driver: Create a trip offer with your route, departure time, and available space (for passengers or packages).

As a Traveler: Browse available trips, search for specific routes, or post a ride request. You can either find a driver going your way or let drivers find you!

Chat Through Our Platform

Once a traveler joins a trip, both parties can chat through our secure platform chat system. This is the recommended and safest way to communicate.

Important: We strongly advise keeping all conversations through our platform chat for safety and security. The chat is available before the ride and automatically closes when the ride ends.

Agree on Terms

Discuss and agree on the trip details, including:

Pickup and drop-off locations
Departure time
Compensation amount (kilometer-based)
Any special requirements (luggage, pets, etc.)

International Travel: If traveling from one country to another, the agreement terms (including compensation, customs, and responsibilities) are between the driver and traveler. Make sure to discuss all details clearly.

Complete the Trip

Enjoy your journey! The traveler pays the agreed compensation for the kilometers traveled, sharing the travel costs with the driver.

Rate Each Other

After the trip is completed, both the driver and traveler rate each other. This rating system helps maintain trust and safety in our community.
